If you’ve never tried it, pub cheese is a type of soft cheese spread and dip made using cheese as a primary ingredient and usually with some type of beer added. But using pub cheese takes it to the next level. Most dip recipes call for cream cheese, which is good. The secret ingredient to my pizza dip is Jalapeño Pub Cheese. Because all you have to do is mix a few ingredients together, cut the center out of the bread & bake!
I wouldn’t even call it a recipe if it stresses you out thinking about trying to cook. I’m not trying to stress you out with 50 steps, a bunch of crazy ingredients or any confusing machinery. But IMO, cheesy pizza dip should not be a backbreaking, angering task. The best part? You can eat the bowl!Īs always, I like to focus on easy recipes. I’ve been testing some fun appetizer recipes because we’re hosting Christmas at our house this year! My Frankenstein appetizer creation was born as a result of accidentally ordering an extra loaf of sourdough bread and randomly having too much mozzarella cheese. I feel a little extra inspired to come up with decadent recipes during the holidays. Is there anything better than melted cheese? I’ll wait while you think of something… because I’m pretty sure it’s on the top of my favorite foods list.
